Shipping & Returns
At The Diet Shop we pride ourselves on providing best in class customer service. We will do everything in our power to give you the best quality service and value on the Internet. If you are not 100% satisfied in anyway with our products or services please notify us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
Within the United States.
FREE Standard shipping is available for orders totaling $60 or more after any discounts have been applied. This offer also applies to APO/FPO addresses.
We normally ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed with the exception of weekends and holidays. Delivery time is normally 1 to 4 business days.
We understand, you ordered something and it's not what you thought. No sweat, all products - opened or not - can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 30 days and we'll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we'll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we're sorry, but we can't accept this item as a return.
Here are a few special cases…
If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be in a factory sealed container. For example, ordered three bottles of the same supplement? You may return one opened, but the other two need to be sealed.
If you're returning 12 or more of the same items, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and those pesky shelf life limits.
When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, actual shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than $60.

2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
4. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
5. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment.
6. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your order receipt with your package so we can process an accurate refund quickly.)
7. Returns are normally processed within 72 hours of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 business days for a refund to reach your account.
Lost & Stolen Items
We are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen. We use USPS First Class to ship most orders unless you request Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. If tracking shows that that USPS has delivered your order we are no longer responsible. If tracking shows that an item has not been delivered we will ship a replacement order once USPS determines that it is lost. Most orders are delivered without a hitch but you can select either USPS Priority Mail or Fedex which include insurance.

Once you have earned 100 Healthy Reward Points, you are eligible for a Healthy Reward's Gift Certificate code that will be automatically shown to you during checkout.
